LaDonna Hoffman

Teaching Philosophy:

Mrs. Hoffman received her B.A. in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. She also has 16 plus classroom hours in Early Childhood Education and 25 years of guitar and music lessons. Mrs. Hoffman has been teaching for many years, as teacher and Principal. She loves children, has a strong working knowledge of curriculum, and values everyday faith building in young children. She plays guitar every day in her classroom, makes learning fun and exciting, while using differentiated instruction to help with a variety of learning styles. Mrs. Hoffman works with her students to become successful, grow in the grace of God, and become lifelong learners and leaders in their families and communities.
